  • Defective or damaged items upon delivery.
  • Incorrect personalization due to our error.
  • Missing items or wrong product received.

We do not accept change of mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or gifting preferences. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Personalized and made-to-order items are final sale unless there is a quality issue.

How to request a return

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID.
  2. Share photos of the issue and a short description.
  3. We will review and guide you on the next steps.
